I began my journey through a 5 week course called Diabetes Undone. It focused on a whole food plant based diet. This was a huge learning curve for me so I signed up for Rebecca’s course which took a deeper dive into the concepts we had learned. In Rebecca’s group we received weekly menus, delicious recipes, met people on the same journey. We received both individual and group coaching and gained the knowledge to continue on our own. Before embarking on the 8-week Whole-food, plant-based Lifestyle program with
Rebecca Miller, I was struggling with my weight and health metrics. I weighed 166 lbs,and my A1C was at 6.2.
