What's the deal with Mindfulness?

Confession time: I was resistant to mindfulness for a large part of my life. I associated it with religious beliefs, considered it a bit of "woowoo" thinking, and dismissed it as mind games. However, during my personal journey of healing, I discovered the significant scientific advantages of mindfulness and breath work. I now view mindfulness as a workout for the brain. It's incredible to think I overlooked this potent healing tool for so long! I currently engage in a 7-12 minute mindfulness routine twice daily. My suggestion? Give mindfulness a try. It may require some patience, but it could become your new superpower!
